General Terms
By using LK Creator, you agree that you and/or your legal guardian (if you are underage) have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
We provide tools to generate Minecraft resource packs. While we strive to maintain quality, we do not take responsibility for any content created using our service. Community support is available on our Discord server.
The subscription service is only available to users who have reached 13 years of age. If you are underage in your country, you must have consent from a legal guardian.
Subscriptions & Purchases
You agree to pay for the subscription service through PayPal. We may charge your payment method for any services purchased through LK Creator. Prices may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions.
Subscription purchases are non-refundable. By subscribing, you gain access to generate unlimited resource packs during your subscription period.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of these terms, you will not be refunded for any subscription payment.
License & Usage
When using LK Creator, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated content as described in this agreement.
This license may be revoked without notice for conduct that violates any terms in this agreement or is harmful to LK Creator, our partners, or other users.
The license allows you to:
- ✓Use generated resource packs for personal use on your own Minecraft server
- ✓Use generated content as cosmetic items for your server players
- ✓Use imagery from generated packs to advertise your server
- ✓Create videos or livestreams featuring the generated content
- ✓Modify generated packs for your own server use
The license does NOT allow you to:
- ✗Re-sell or redistribute the generated resource packs
- ✗Share source files with others who don't have a subscription
- ✗Claim the generated assets as your own original creation
- ✗Use the assets for NFTs or blockchain-related projects
- ✗Use the assets for any illegal or unlawful purpose
Disclaimers
LK Creator provides the service on an "as is" basis. You use the service at your own risk.
We make no guarantees that generated content will be compatible with all Minecraft versions or plugins. While we support multiple plugins, compatibility may vary.
LK Creator is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LK Creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to LK Creator over the one (1) month period preceding your claim.
